The front desk team sets the tone right away: friendly, helpful, and on top of everything from check-in to any questions you throw their way. It makes a difference being cared for in such a well kept, thoughtfully run office. As for the appointment, the doctor works efficiently without ever cutting corners thorough, attentive, and clearly experienced. The staff is patient and accommodating, especially if you’re a bit squeamish about things like eye drops. They meet you where you are and make sure you stay comfortable throughout. It’s also clear they invest in up to date technology, which adds confidence that you’re getting precise, high quality care. All in all, there’s a reason this practice has stayed in the Haller family it shows in both their expertise and how much they genuinely care about their patients.

Dr. Chad Haller is an amazing kind and skilled ophthalmologist. I had a horrible chalazion in my eyelid that was painful and unpleasant. I called his office and they saw me right away and after doing a number of tests, Dr. Haller offered me a number of treatment options. I chose to have a small surgical procedure and Dr. Haller performed the procedure both quickly and painlessly. I am forever grateful to Dr. Haller, the nurses, and his team in the office.
